Please note: The handling time on all orders is 3 business days. The expected shipping times listed below are excluding handling time.
Expected shipping time for orders shipped within Australia via 'Parcel Post' is 5-7 business days.
Expected shipping time for orders shipped within Australia via 'Express Post' is 2-4 business days.
Standard International Shipping
Expected shipping time for International orders shipped via 'Standard International Shipping' is 10-14 business days.
Pack & Track International
Expected shipping time for International orders shipped via 'Pack & Track International' is 7-10 business days.
TNT Express International
Expected shipping time for International orders shipped via 'TNT Express' is 4-6 business days.
DHL Express International
Expected shipping time for International orders shipped via 'DHL Express' is 4-6 business days.
Tracking details will be updated when the order is dispatched from Perth, Western Australia. Please be aware that the transit times above are estimates/averages only. International order delivery is occassionally delayed due to customs clearance, these delays are out of our control. If you have not recieved your order after the expected delivery date, please Contact Us and we will do our best to locate the package and re-estimate the delivery date for you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply complete the returns form to request an RA number then return your item within 10 days of reciept.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 10 days of delivery, unless an alternative arrangement has been made.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 8% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
If your item is in new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will still be required to pay return shipping.
